Contact the desk

One address, and a short list of the things it is genuinely useful for. There is no form on this page and no mailing list behind it.

Write to [email protected]. It is read by the people who write the pages.

What is most useful to send

  • A figure that has gone stale. Every number here carries the day it was read. If PMI has changed a fee, a window or a rule since ours, the date on our page is the evidence that it needs revisiting — send the link and what you are seeing.
  • A rule we got wrong. With the source. We will correct it, and the correction will say what changed.
  • A provider’s page that contradicts the issuing body. That is the thing this site exists to catch, and we cannot read every page every month.
  • A dead link, including one of our own outbound links to a certifying body.

What we cannot do

We cannot tell you whether your specific experience will satisfy PMI, because only PMI can, and only through your application. We cannot tell you the exam fee in your country — PMI shows it to you once your application is accepted and publishes it nowhere else. We cannot recommend a trainer for your city, because we have not sat in their room.

We also do not answer requests to add a provider to a page, to remove a comparison, or to soften a description of something a provider publishes about itself. Those get read and filed.

Response times, honestly

This is a small desk. A correction with a source attached tends to get dealt with quickly, because it is the easiest kind of email to act on. General questions may take longer or may not get an individual reply.

What happens to your email

It is used to answer you and nothing else. It is not added to a list, because there is no list — this site sends no newsletter and runs no sign-up form anywhere. The privacy page sets out the whole arrangement, which is shorter than most.
